Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup sushi rice
1.5 cup bone broth or water
1/3 yellow onion, diced
3-4 green onions, sliced
(optional) sesame oil
*for the Bulgogi sauce
1/4 cup coconut aminos
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
Rince the rice and cook it with bone broth.
Over medium heat, cook the onion and ground beef.
In a small bowl, mix together the coconut amino, maple syrup, garlic, and rice vinegar.
Pour the sauce into the beef and stir. Sprinkle green onion and let it simmer for about 3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve with the bone-broth rice, and some kimchi or sauerkraut if you have any. Enjoy<3
